Ive been meaning to spend more time around jackson heights actually. I use to live like on 37th ave but moved away to college point so thats why most of my pictures are of main street area. But i really love junction blvd and Roosevelt avenue as a place to take pictures.
College Point... I don't think I've ever been there :/ OMG I can never walk around Junction and Roosevelt. There's always so much people. Its crazy. Its good to know that some one from my "hood" post stuff on Buzznet.
Yeah not too many people have it seems lol. Its why i just refer to it as flushing when asked, as it basically is flushing anyways. And I agree, i generally don't like junction and roosevelt as places to walk around, they are really busy and crowded but ive always felt they make great places to photograph. All the people, street vendors selling latin food from carts and stuf of that nature, its why ive decided i need to focus a lot more on that area for photographs. At least once a week.
