Sneak a Peek at Paramore's "Decode"

As Twilight's release draws ever closer, Buzznet's getting into the spirit with a huge Twilight challenge that we announced yesterday (and sorry Twilighters, The Dark Knight will STILL be the bigger movie when it's all said and done...), and now we've got even more for you: a preview of Paramore's video for "Decode." [cut=Oooooh, see here...]

It looks like Shane Drake has done an amazing job, as everybody suspected he would.  Shots of the band surrounded by forests, in keeping with Twilight's setting and some of the story's themes of innocence and being "lost in the woods" fit perfectly.  And Hayley looks awesome and a little spooky while crooning "How did we get here?  I used to know you so well!"  All while her band rocks out around her.

Video is from MTV.com, so I apologize for the ...Read More

February 24, 2007: One Of The Most Happiest Days Of My Life

I posted this by accident on the wrong place, so I'm posting it again:

On Saturday, The Black Parade Tour hit CT, which isn't shown up, but I'll recap.
We waited in line for about two hours to then find out that we had to switch lines, getting in was one of the fastest line's I've gone through there.
The line to the pit was horrendous, luckily though, it went fast with the ticket punching and wristbands.
The show started at about 7:30, Rise Against was amazing and their visuals were even better.
Then came the long run; waiting for MCR. I've been a fan of theirs since the beginning, but I've never seen them live, my patience was running thin.
Out came Gerard in a stretcher and nurses, and the best part was, it was really realistic, he even had the IV fluids on the side.
He stepped off the stretcher and walked to the front of ...Read More

MCR ROCKS

I went to The Black Parade Tour on March 10th. It was fucking awesome. I really liked the set for The Black Parade with all the super cool fire effects and Bob on a rotating platform. Gerard called us animals and said the word "Fuck" alot. The crowd was wild and sang along with the band. For "I Don't Love You" everybody had their cells out. When Frank and Gerard kissed during "I'm Not Okay" i was like "OMG ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh*drooling*" Well anyway they were amazing if you get the chance to see them you better go. I will never forget this fucking kick ass show it was a piece of amazing shit and an awesome show.

This is the best day ever. Or, at least, March 11th was. ;]

Or, you know, something to that effect. XD

Note that there is random info about my day that you probably don't care about, so when you see the *** further down the page, that's where the actual concert stuff starts.

Okay.

I went to the March 11th show with three of my friends, and since we had pit tickets, we (a) naturally got there four hours early to wait in line, and (b) all had the same shirts; you know the ones that Hot Topic gave out - only we were much cooler and we altered out shirts (you can take a gander over at my gallery thing).  My brother was awesome and drove us there, dropped us off, and went to hang out with his friend for the remaining time so that we could hold the places in line for ourselves, him, and my friend's boyfriend.  So, once we got in line, we hung out for about...mmh, probably ...Read More
