Welcome to the The Summer of Buzz - our ultimate creative challenge! Now is your chance to show off your creativity in writing, art and photography in a competition full of prestigious prizes.

We’re looking for the best content creators in 4 categories: Pop Culture, Music, Fashion, and Art/Photography. 

Each category will be judged by the Buzznet Editors, Seventeen Magazine Editors, and additional esteemed judges with expertise in each area of competition.  All 4 winners will become official Buzznet bloggers, and will have the opportunity to have a weekly featured post on the Buzznet homepage for one full year!  All contestants will also be considered to become official seventeen.com bloggers.

HERE'S HOW TO ENTER:

• JOIN this Summer of Buzz Group by clicking "join group" in the upper right corner of this page
  
• BLOG your heart out!  Blog about anything related to Music, Fashion, Pop Culture, Art, or Photography
• TAG your posts with the category (or categories) your blog falls under.  So if you're contributing a fashion post for the fashion competition, tag your post "fashion" 
  
• ADD all your tagged blog posts to this group
• PROMOTE your work by sharing links to your posts via twitter, facebook, and other viral means - the more views and "buzzes" your posts get the better!

CRITERIA FOR WINNING:

50% Quality of content as determined by the judges

25% Buzzes, comments, and shares your content gets (inc; facebook, twitter, tumblr, stumbleupon, etc.)

25% Number of views of your content
