NO ENTRY FEE. NO PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Entry deadline is 11:59:59 AM (Pacific Daylight Savings Time) on September 19, 2008.

JACK'S MANNEQUIN DESIGN CONTEST FOR ABSOLUTEPUNK.NET (the “Contest”) starts at 04:00:01 AM (Pacific Daylight Savings Time) on August 19, 2008, and ends at 11:59:59 AM (Pacific Daylight Savings Time) on August 19, 2008 (the “Contest Period”). The Contest is sponsored by Buzznet, Inc. 6464 Sunset Blvd #650 Hollywood, CA 90028 (“Buzznet” or “Sponsor”); Warner Bros. Records, Jack's Mannequin, AbsolutePunk.net will furnish the grand prize (collectively, Buzznet and Warner Bros. Records, the “Contest Entities”). The Contest is governed by these Official Rules & Regulations (the “Official Rules”). The Contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED by law.

ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, Canada, European Union, Japan, Australia, Korea, and Singapore who are 13 (thirteen) or older at the time of entry and capable of entering into binding legal contracts, who have an active email account and internet access as of the beginning of and during the Contest Period, and who are registered members of Buzznet.com (registration is fee). Employees of the Contest Entities and individual members of Jack's Mannequin management, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment or other related companies, agencies and individuals providing services to the Contest Entities (collectively, the “Promotion Parties”), and their respective immediate families (defined as parents, children, siblings and spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the household of same, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter, participate in or win the Contest. By entering or participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees that they have read these Official Rules and agree to abide by and be bound by all the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Contest Entities, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Contest.

HOW TO ENTER: You may enter the Contest online. Visit http://www.buzznet.com/groups/jacksmannequinskin (the "Contest Website”), log on and follow the instructions to enter the Contest and complete the online entry in its entirety. In order to enter and participate in the Contest, you must be a registered member of Buzznet.com. If you are not a registered member of Buzznet.com, you will be asked to register and then return to the Contest Website page in order to participate. There is no fee for becoming a member of Buzznet.com, and by becoming a member of Buzznet.com, you incur no obligations other than your agreement to be bound by the Buzznet.com site's policies and terms of service. If interested, you can opt-into receive more information from the Sponsor, AbsolutePunk.net, and Jack's Mannequin. Each entrant must supply Buzznet.com with a valid email address. The Contest Entities will have no responsibility or liability, directly or indirectly, for failure to deliver notices or for failure to reach an entrant that results from an inaccurate email address. Each entrant must complete the Contest entry form online in accordance with the on-screen instructions.
Contestants may enter as many times as they wish, but each entry must follow the terms on how to enter as found on the Contest page and below. - Using the artwork and assets provided create a homepage skin for AP.

Design Requirements:
- Must include the album artwork for 'The Glass Passenger'
- Somewhere in your design it must say Jack's Mannequin
- You must upload an image size 1291x744 jpg
- Your skin design must have soft edges.
No faxed, mail-in or emailed entries will be accepted. No mechanically reproduced or automatically generated entries will be accepted or allowed and any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods.Entrants that violate any of these Official Rules may be disqualified.

PRIZE DRAWING & WINNERS SELECTION: All Contest entries meeting the requirements of these Official Rules will be entered into the prize drawing, to be held on or around September 20, 2008. The judging will be conducted by employees at Buzznet, the CEO of AbsolutePunk.net, Andrew of Jack's Mannequin, Warner Bros. Records, whom all will choose the three "Winners" from all eligible entries received. The Contest Entities’ decisions are final in all matters relating to this Contest, including selection of the Winners.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: The Winners will be notified by Buzznet by email and/or telephone within two (2) - five (5) days of the closure of the contest. If any potential Winner cannot be contacted or does not contact or return correspondence from Buzznet within twenty-four (24) hours following Buzznet's attempted notification, the Winner may be disqualified and an alternate Winner will be selected from the remaining valid, eligible entries timely submitted. Entrants are responsible for keeping their email and contact information current, complete and accurate. Entrants are responsible for saving their original artwork as submitted to the contest. If a Winner selected does not have their original artwork, an alternate Winner may be selected from the remaining valid, eligible entries. The Winner will need to have their original artwork both as proof of ownership and in the case that a designer needs to alter the entry in order for it to fit on the homepage of AbsolutePunk.net. By participating in the Contest, you acknowledge and agree that the Contest Entities will have no responsibility or liability, directly or indirectly, for failure to deliver notices or for failure to contact you resulting from your inaccurate email or contact information.

Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release within seven (7) days of notification. If a selected Winner is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, fails to comply with any verification processes and/or where applicable an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release is not timely received, is incomplete or modified, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected from remaining valid, eligible entries timely submitted. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account specified in the entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential Winner may be requested to provide the Contest Entities with proof that the potential Winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry and that all eligibility requirements are met.

PRIZES AND ODDS: The following “Grand Prize” will be awarded to 3 (three) confirmed Winners - for a chosen design (the winning entry) as submitted by the Winner:
• 1 (one) full day with a 24 (twenty-four) hour feature on the homepage of AbsolutePunk.net for your homepage skin design.
• 1 skin will run on September 29th, 1 skin will run on September 30th, 1 skin will run on October 1st


OTHER CONDITIONS:
Governing Law. The Contest is subject to these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. As stated above, the Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating in this Contest, you acknowledge that you have read these Official Rules and agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the Contest Entities’ decisions in all respects relative to the Contest, which are final and binding on all matters. These Official Rules are governed by the law of the State of California, excluding rules governing choice of laws. All suits or claims brought in connection with this Contest must be brought in a state or federal court in Los Angeles, California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions. Termination. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Contest, in whole or in part, or disqualify any entry for any reason and without notice including, without limitation, in the event of: (a) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the Sponsor’s opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, (b) the Contest or any website associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper processing of entries in accordance with these Official Rules, or (c) the Contest is otherwise not capable of running as planned by the Sponsor, in each case without liability to any entrant or Winner. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or Winner implicated in any of the above actions, as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion.

Tampering. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage the Contest Website or any related website, or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, is a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Receipt of Entries. The Sponsor has no obligation to advise an entrant of receipt of an entry or if the entry is incomplete or otherwise non-compliant entry. Proof of submitting an entry is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. All entries become the property of Buzznet and will not be returned. For the purposes of this Contest and these Official Rules, “receipt” of an online entry occurs when Buzznet.com servers record the entry information upon clicking the “enter” or “submit” button at the bottom of the entry form. Your entry will automatically show up on the contest made in the recent media section. The contest page will be heavily moderated, so any entries that violate the terms of the contest or do not apply directly to the theme of the contest are susceptible to being removed. Release. By participating in the Contest or winning any prize, entrants and Winner agree to release and hold the release and hold harmless the Contest Entities, individual members of Jack's Mannequin's management and other prize suppliers, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotional agencies, wholesalers and retailers, and each of the foregoing entities' employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) harmless from and against any and all claims, actions and/or liability for any injuries or death, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in and/or entry into the Contest or acceptance or use (or misuse) or possession of any prize (including without limitation claims arising in connection with, or preparation for, travel or use of any part of any prize).

Disclaimers. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, postage-due, inaccurate, incomplete, invalid, illegible, misdirected or undeliverable entries, responses, or other correspondence, whether by email, telephone, postal mail or otherwise; (ii) theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; (iii) internet traffic congestion, communications line, phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program or transmission malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (iv) the inability to download any material from or access the Contest Website or any the website or online service; (v) any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in operation or transmission at any website; or (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the Sponsor’s control. The Sponsor is not responsible for any errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries, the selection of the Winner or the announcement of the Grand Prize. The Contest Entities make no representations or warranties concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded.

IN NO EVENT WILL THE CONTEST ENTITIES BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR, AND YOU HEREBY RELEASE THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM, ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, DATA, BUSINESS OR PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF OR USE (OR INABILITY TO USE) A PRIZE OR PARTS THEREOF, WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES FROM ANY CLAIM BASED UPON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE CONTEST ENTITIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Intellectual Property. The Contest, Contest Website, the Sponsor’s web pages, and any content contained or posted therein, are copyrighted by the Sponsor or its licensors and may only be used for the purposes of participating in this Contest. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks, or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.

Personal Information & Publicity. The Sponsor may collect personal data about entrants online, in accordance with these Official Rules and the Buzznet Privacy Policy, which can be found at http://www.buzznet.com/www/terms/#privacy. Except were prohibited by law, by participating in the Contest and/or accepting a prize, you hereby (i) agree to the Sponsor’s collection and use of their personal information; and (ii) grant a perpetual, irrevocable, fully-transferable right and permission (except where prohibited by law) for the Contest Entities to use the Contests Winner(s)’ names, addresses, photo and/or likenesses, voices, statements and comments (and any version thereof) attributed to Winner(s) (if true) and entries for advertising, promotion and publicity purposes worldwide, in any medium now known or hereafter created, without additional compensation or limitation. Each entrant releases the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities and/or causes of action including, but not limited to, defamation and violation of any rights of publicity or privacy in the use by the Contest Entities of any photo and entrants’ name and physical likeness as provided herein, except where prohibited by law. Entrants (including Grand Prize Winners as defined herein) agree that there is no guarantee that the Contest Entities will make use of any rights granted to the Sweepstakes Entities.
