While performing "Love on Top" at the 2011 VMA's, Beyoncé revealed she was pregnant by exposing her growing baby bump. The following year she gave birth to Blue Ivy.
Eight years later, Queen Bey broke the Internet when she posted a photo of herself, announcing that she and Jay-Z were expecting twins. Rumi and Sir were born in June 2017, making the Carters a family of five.

Ever sinc Kate Middleton married Prince William, people have been following her every move and every pregnancy. Since she and William tied the knot in April 2011, they've welcomed Prince George in 2013, Princess Charlotte in 2015, and Prince Louis in 2018.
During her pregnancy with Prince George, Middleton alarmed the public when she was admitted to the hospital early on. It turned out that she suffered from hyperemesis gravidarum, which is a severe form of morning sickness. Middleton went through it with each of her subsequent pregnancies.

The Superstore actress and Williams were married for six years before welcoming their first child, a son named Sebastian who was born the following May. Which is a challenge because, like so many women, I demand so much more of myself," she told Health.
