People tend to forget that while celebrities may be very busy people, that doesn’t mean that they don’t do things for themselves too. Believe it or not, Bob Barker is a karate fanatic. Over the years, he eventually earned a black belt and was trained by none other than Chuck Norris himself. However, Norris didn’t go easy during his training. In his memoir, Priceless Memories, Barker notes that he once broke four ribs when sparring with him.

While most people may believe that his karate days are over, even at 95 years old, he’s still been known to throw a few karate chops here and there. We even saw some of his skills in the film Happy Gilmore after he beat Adam Sandler’s character into the dirt on the golf course.

Paris Hilton Is a…Frog Wrangler?

While the public may think that Paris Hilton’s dogs are the only animals in her life, she secretly loves catching amphibians and reptiles around her ranch, especially frogs. Known for being an animal rights activist, Hilton has made it clear that her methods for catching her precious frogs is totally humane, and that she always releases them back into the wild.

So, the next time you see Paris Hilton strutting her self on the red carpet, just imagine her rustling through the brush and dirt in her backyard in search of some new friends.

Mila Kunis Is a Big-Time Gamer

Mila Kunis has always been very into video games. While that may not seem all that unusual, she once revealed that she had developed a full-blown obsession for the multiplayer-online role-playing game World of Warcraft. She admitted that she has been known to stay up for hours late at night leveling up her characters and unleashing her inner-nerd.

While she makes an effort to get her friends to sign up and play with her, she doesn’t need to look far since there are thousands of other players that would be happy to team up with her on the game.

Azealia Banks Is a…Witch?

When it comes to hobbies, most people stick to typical things like collecting stamps or playing sports, but not Azealia Banks. Her hobby takes things to a whole new level. Though she’s already known for being a little out there, what she does in her free time is shocking, especially to PETA. In 2016, she posted a video (which was later taken down) of her cleaning the area where she practices witchcraft and sacrifices animals.

The video shows her cleaning a small room full of dried blood, feathers, and what was possibly the carcasses of two dead chickens. She says that she practices brujeria, a Spanish word for Witchcraft and proclaims that “Real witches do real things.”

Rod Stewart Doesn’t Go Anywhere Without His Model Trains

Rod Stewart may have an obvious passion for music, but not everybody knows about his obsession with model trains. Apparently, his fascination with them and his growing collection has reached addiction level. Even when he goes on tour, he’s been known to bring some of his most prized trains with him.

Stewart once confessed that while on the road, he’ll sometimes book two rooms, one for himself and another devoted entirely to his model trains. Upon arriving at his destination, his people unload all of his stuff, unpack his trains, and then set up tables and lamps so Stewart can work on them.

Susan Sarandon once admitted that one of her guilty pleasures is ping pong. She’s been known to play often on the sets of movies and any chance she can get while traveling. As a tribute to her favorite game, she even opened a sports bar-restaurant that is dedicated to the sport of ping pong.

SPiN Ping Pong is located in Chicago and has over 20 tables where customers can come enjoy a few games, a beer, and maybe even settle some bets. Chances are, every once in a while you may Sarandon herself showing her fans how it’s done.

David Arquette Proves That Knitting Isn’t Just For Women

Arquetteis quite open about his passion for crocheting and knitting. He learned to knit from his grandmother when he was younger and hasn’t stopped since. There are pictures of him all over the Internet knitting while on vacation or to kill a few hours in his free time.

To put his hobby to good use, he knit a scarf which appeared in the book Celebrity Scarves 2: Hollywood Knits for Breast Cancer Research. A portion of the book sales went to the Avon Foundation which raise funds for cancer research.

Coming out of left field, it turns out that the former heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson is an avid pigeon racer. Each year, he attends a pigeon pageant in Ontario, California, where other pigeon lovers come to show off and race their best birds.

Retired from boxing, Tyson now spends a lot of his time training and maintaining his birds so that they can be the best racers out there. He’s also hopes that the hobby becomes more available for younger generations and believes they will get as much joy out of the sport as he does.

Yet, this is no coincidence, as Offerman is a long-time woodworker in real life. Much of the woodwork-talk in the show is actually Offerman’s knowledge of the craft with some of his own passion leaking into his character.

Offerman is serious enough about woodworking to have his own shop where he makes custom high-end furniture for his clients. He notes that it’s great way for him to relax and be creative while in between jobs and he enjoys making people happy with his work.

In 2013, the actor wrote an Op-Ed for the New York Times describing the reasoning behind his hobby. It turns out, the major reason for his obsession is mostly for the sound and the feel of the keys.

To help share his love of typewriters with others, in 2014, he released the app called the Hanx Writer. The app gives you the satisfying experience of using real typewriter fonts on an iPad or iPhone, exactly what Hanks loves.
