Huge Success: Bestival Bali 2017
The award-winning UK festival Bestival recently launched for the for the first time in Indonesia this year with Bestival Bali… and it was a huge success! They had an amazing lineup of some of the biggest international acts and local talent – including headline performances from alt-J, Rudimental and Pendulum with momentous sets from De La Soul, George Clinton Parliament Funkadelic, The Cuban Brothers, Purity Ring, Colour Castle, Kilter, Ras Muhamad, Stars and Rabbit. It took place on a truly mind-blowing venue, Garuda Wisnu Kencana (240+ acres of tropical parkland) where guests experienced music next to 80 foot high limestone-carved cliffs. In true Bestivals uniquely creative style, the event also featured jaw-dropping visual spectacles, iconic installations (including a 7-metre Love-bot, a secret disco and their trademark loving touch). Needless to say, it was an incredible 2 days of fun, music, sunshine, food and good times.
