Wonderfruit 2017: Thailand’s Globally Conscious Camping Festival

Thailand’s globally conscious, boutique camping festival Wonderfruit is coming up fast… February 16-19, 2017 to be exact and I couldn’t be more excited!  Returning to The Fields at Siam Country Club in Pattaya, the event will include musicians from around the globe, stunning art installations, a stage made out of harvested rice, acclaimed chefs, engaging talks and workshops, parkour lessons, an interactive area for kids to learn and play… and MORE!

As for their eclectic music lineup, Wonderfruit has confirmed amazing artists including Nicole Moudaber, Simian Mobile Disco, Headless Horseman, and much more.  They even announced their first gay soiree with drag queen performances!

Above all, the primary focus of Wonderfruit is helping to build towards a more sustainable future. The festival is also helping to restore a mangrove forest in the vulnerable delta region of Myanmar with the help of Worldview International Foundation (WIF) and Heyerdahl Mangrove Coin (HMC).

During Wonderfruit, you’ll notice a “green” drink priced at a dollar more and served in a special cup. For every green drink ordered, proceeds will go directly to the climate park where another mangrove tree will be planted in a special Wonderfruit Forest area. The journey to Wonderfruit 2017 begins now! 4-day passes can currently be purchased for $160. Visit Wonderfruit’s website for more information on securing your tickets, travel, and accommodations.
