Ariana Grande Is Getting Slammed For Calling Herself The Hardest Working 23-Year-Old

Oooh boy…is it ever tough being a celebrity. Every move you make is watched by millions of eagle eyes and whatever you say, even in passing as a joke, can literally be taken totally out of context and blown waaay out of proportion.
Case in point, Ariana Grande posted to Instagram last weekend a black and white photo of herself, hair DOWN, looking incredibly adorable in an oversized puffer jacket. Captioning the photo, “when you’re cute but you’re also the hardest working 23 year old human being on earth.” LOL. There’s no doubt Ariana is totally easy on the eyes, and has a killer work ethic that is as professional and meticulous to detail as it comes.

What is surprising is the backlash she’s received for making the lofty proclamation that she’s the, “hardest working 23 year old human being on earth.” In all honesty, anyone that puts the amount of hours and sacrifice she does into their work would likely feel the same, but not in a totally serious way. However, it hasn’t sat well with fans and haters alike, who have essentially tried to school Ari on why it’s not chill to say stuff like that. Please see examples below:

Ok we get it, and can kinda see where these feelings are coming from, but fact is, Ariana probably had zero intention of triggering this clap back, which is, TBH, a little eye roll worthy.
We’re gonna side with Ariana on this one and hope everyone learns to simmer down and not be so eager to attack the second they see an opportunity to hate.
