#FBF – 7 Now Famous Actors Who Guest Starred On Gilmore Girls

I don’t know about you, but the entire team here at Buzznet is counting down the days until our TV screens are blessed with new Gilmore Girls episodes via Netflix. As we wait impatiently for another trip back to Star’s Hollow and take bets on which hunk Rory is currently loving on, let’s flashback to some fond memories from the series. On this #FBF, let’s revisit seven now famous actors who guest starred on Gilmore Girls:

Jon Hamm – Years before playing the smooth ad man, Don Draper on Mad Men, Jon Hamm guest starred on a episode of Gilmore Girls. He met Lorelai at an auction in Season three. Their love affair lasted just one date and one episode.

Seth McFarlane – Family Guy was already on the air when Seth played one of Lorelai’s fellow college graduates. Seth is now a household name as creator of not only Family Guy, but The Cleveland Show and American Dad. Let’s not forget his films Ted 1 & 2 and A Million Ways To Die In The West either!

Adam Brody – Before heading off to play the lovable emo kid Seth Cohen on The O.C. Brody played Dave, Lane’s bandmate and boyfriend.

Danny Pudi – Perhaps best known as Abed on Community, Danny Pudi played a Yale Daily News writer alongside Rory in season six.

Krysten Ritter – Krysten Ritter became a household name after appearing on Breaking Bad and of course after playing the lead in the Netflix series Jessica Jones. In the final season of Gilmore Girls, she played Lucy, one of Rory’s college pals.

Jane Lynch – Jane has become a bit of a comedy icon for her performances in Glee, The 40-Year-Old Virgin, and Best In Show. On GG, she played an exasperated nurse who had to deal with Emily Gilmore when Richard was hospitalized.

Max Greenfield – Max made a brief cameo as one of Dean’s bachelor party buddies. Since his little appearance on GG, Max has starred in Veronica Mars and New Girl.
