Artist Of The Month: Haerts
Brooklyn’s Haerts first started making waves back in 2012 with their Fleetwood Mac-ish jam, “Wings,” and in 2013 with their debut EP, Hemiplegia. Now that we finally have a release date for their debut album (October 27) we can finally bask in the excitement of hearing what this foursome and producer/St. Lucia mastermind Jean-Philip Grobler, have come up with.
Starting out in a small Greenpoint apartment, (I’d be lying if I said I didn’t look for them on the streets) Haerts, consisting of Nini Fabi, Ben Gebert, Garrett Ienner and Derek McWilliams, are ready to unleash their melancholy electro-pop onto the world.
