World Premiere: Jessie J + Ariana Grande + Nicki Minaj “Bang Bang”

Worldwide superstars, Jessie J + Ariana Grande + Nicki Minaj have collaborated on what will be undoubtedly the biggest music event of 2014! The powerhouse anthem “Bang Bang“, out July 29 via Republic Records, features production from the renowned Max Martin, Ilya, and Savan Kotecha.

“Bang Bang” will become the debut single from Jessie J‘s upcoming LAVA/Republic Records album out this fall. Jessie J‘s premiere album, Who You Are, skyrocketted straight to the top when it reached #1 and was certified multi-platinum in over 15 countries. The global, Grammy Award-nominated songstress has sold over 3 million albums and 20 million singles worldwide to date. One of her most popular songs, “Price Tag“, reached #1 in 18 major territories! To follow the success of that song, Jessie J‘s album generated an outstanding six Top 10 singles including another smash, “Domino“. Among other awards and titles, Jessie J was the recipient of the 2011 Critics Choice BRIT Award, the BBC’s Sound of 2011 honor, and served as the 2012 London Olympic Games Ambassador.

“Bang Bang” will also be featured on the newly announced, delux edition of Ariana Grande‘s sophomore album, “My Everything“, which will be available August 25 via Republic Records. When Grande first emerged onto the music scene in 2013, her album, Yours Truly, landed her at the top as it debuted at #1 on the Billboard Top 200. With her hit song, “The Way“, which went double-platinum and reached #1 on the iTunes Overall Top Songs Chart, Grande was already well on her way to much success. Now, in 2014, Grande is making an even bigger name for herself with the first single off of her sophomore album, “Problem“. Grande has become the ‘youngest woman to debut with over 400K sold first-week”, with the song ranking as the 4th “highest digital song debute for a female artist”, and the 8th highest which also went #1 on iTunes in over 65 countries.

The groundbreaking, Grammy nominated artist Nicki Minaj has recently debuted her latest critically acclaimed single, “Pills N Potions, off of her upcoming album, The PinkPrint, which is set to be released later this year. Also known for the recent hit featuring Chris Brown, “Love More“, Minaj has the highest digital sales for any female hip-hop artist in history and has become a powerhouse icon in the music industry. From one idol to another, Minaj tied Mariah Carey for the most hot 100 entries on Billboard’s HOT 100 Chart with a total of 44, in 2012. With two number one albums, over 50 million in digital sales as a solo and featured artist, Minaj and Adele are the only two artists to sell 1 million copies of five different songs in the span of one year.
