Lea Michele Performs On Ellen Her Debut Single ‘Cannonball’

This 2013 will be definitely unforgettable for Glee star Lea Michele that had to go through a terrible tragedy, the death of her fiancè and coworker Cory Monteith.

She was the special guest on the Ellen Degeneres show (on air today) and talked about Cory’s death and her life after his loss, how incredibly lucky she felt when she was with him and how she’s going on because of him talking about the precious help Kate Hudson gave her and to her family and why she came back to work on Glee after the tragedy. She also remembered one of her favorite memories, when Cory came back home after his appearance on Ellen last year saying Lea and he were dating.

For this occasion Lea performed her debut single “Cannonball” from her first album “Louder.

Personally I really love this song, it’s different from the usual single you can listen on the radio and Lea’s voice is powerful and sweet. The lyrics are amazing and I moved while I was listening to it.

Before to enchant the crowd with her wonderful voice, Lea talked about how has been working on her album and she told to have start working on September 2012 and to have finished on June but the release has been postponed for known reasons and she revealed Cory listened to the most of the songs and thanks to Sia, she expressed in music her feelings and that’s such a personal album.

Tune tonight on The Ellen show for the rest of the interview 🙂
