Mariel Teams Up With Born & Bred To Create The In Bloom Tank

I’ve been working for months on this project so I’m beyond excited to show it to you all. I’ve teamed up with Born and Bred to help them with their brand new Girly line and together, we’ve created the In Bloom tank top. If you’re not familiar, this is a clothing line run by Nick from Bayside and some other talented folk. This is a brand I love because their clothing is simple and SUCH GOOD QUALITY. Me and my band basically want to live in their clothes because of how soft they are. It’s actually one of the few things Kris will wear that isn’t a band t-shirt (he’s so picky!).

Up until a couple of months ago, Born and Bred was unisex with a boy-ish kind of focus. They released their first girly shirt, a perfectly fitting tee that I never want to take off and would wear every day if that wasn’t weird. They came to me and asked if I wanted to help to expand their line, and I jumped on it! Of course I wanted to help. I’m so sick of the brands I watch my friends wear (who happen to be mostly guys who play pop punk music) not have clothing that’s catered towards people like me (also the same reason I insist my band orders extra small shirts) Always gotta stick up for my ladies.

Anyway, this tank top is super soft. It’s a pretty heathered seafoam green with a pink print – both of which happen to match my hair at the moment (that’s why I picked the colors) and I love all things daisies, so we decided to put a daisy print in Born and Bred’s already adorable dog logo.

Anyway, Born and Bred is totally fabulous and you can check them out here.
