Our girl, Demi has summoned her army of Lovatics to manifest her ideal b-day gift, a custom Barbie. Ms. Lovato tweeted the following yesterday:
Demi has been open and honest about her struggles with cutting, bulimia, bipolar disorder, and recently came out saying she signed a suicide contract at a young age.
Young girls are looking to the star for inspiration so it’s great that she promotes healthy body image. This isn’t the first time that Barbie’s out of whack proportions have been questioned, and with over 50,00 RTs maybe this will make an impact!
