20 Minute Meal: Green Tea Soba Noodles & Sesame Fried Zucchini

My work schedulel is all over the place so when I am home I normally don’t have much time to eat. I prefer to cook because I like to choose local and organic ingredients and like knowing what’s in my food! With that beaing said almost every meal I cook only takes about 20 minutes. If I can find 20 minutes in the day to make a meal so can you!
