Wake Up Call: Breakfast Smoothie
Good morning, lovelies! I hope you slept well. I had a dream that people were trying to kill me… so that was fun! I needed an extra healthy breakfast to wake me up this morning and get me on the right foot!
I posted this smoothie recipe on my instagram (@lisaruocco – add me if you like!) last week! It’s SO good and SO easy… perfect for a quick, healthy breakfast that’ll give you energy to get your day going. Plus, you can do it with your eyes closed, which is how I operate for the first hour or so of every week day. 🙂
– 1 green apple
– 1 frozen banana
– 1 scoop of almond butter
– 1 cup of coconut water
– optional: 1/4 cup oats (makes the smoothie a little more filling)
