The Kids Choice Awards are always so fun! I love seeing all the crazy fashion and who is wearing what on the orange carpet. For my best dressed this year is a tie between Victoria Justice, Katy Perry and Debby Ryan. I loved all the fun colors and prints that these ladies had on, so cute!
