Three For Free: NO, PAPA and Suede Have Free Music For You

2013 is set to be all about bands from LA with capitalised names, but there’s also some room for some nostalgia too. Another theme of the year will undoubtedly be money too (woohoo for the chance of a ‘triple-dip recession’!!!), so here’s three picks combining our expectations for the next twelve months.

Here are three free MP3s picked from the blogosphere just for you. Enjoy!

NO

Does the world really need another LA indie rock band? If their name is NO, the answer is YES. Their vinyl single ‘What’s Your Name?‘ has been picked as KEXP 90.3 FM‘s ‘Song Of The Day‘ and made available as a free download via their blog.

Two LA rock bands in one feature? Why not? Similarly, PAPA‘s ‘Put Me To Work‘ has been picked as ‘Song Of The Day‘ by radio station KROQ and is also available for free download worldwide from the band’s Soundcloud. Suede

2013 isn’t all about new music as there’s still time to enjoy some ‘old’ music too. More than a decade after their last album A New Morning, Suede are set to release their comeback single in February and have teased another new song to keep fans occupied in the mean time.

You can download ‘Barriers‘ for free from their official website.
