Shampalove New Lookbook
I have been huge fan of Shampalove for some time now and their new lookbook is killing it! I had to share it with you guys.
The collection had been inspired by the figure of Kali Goddess, the symbol of feminine energy in hindu religion. The name derives from the Sanskrit word Kali kala which means time but also black, her name is also translated as “the black one ‘. Kali Goddess is also a warrior which uses her powers to destroy, but only in order to recreate something new. Then we have expanded our imagination to the “pop” side of India : Bollywood, in contrast with the shamanic-dark India of Kali. For this collection, we collaborated with the tattoo artist Viola von Hell, Roman artist which has made for us the graphics of a goddess Kali revisited by herself, which will appears on tshirt and jackets; statement pieces that recall the strength of” feminine energy.
