Buzznet Awesome Time: We’ve Got A New Look

Howdy Buzznet!

If you haven’t noticed by now, we’ve changed the way a few things look on our homepage. It’s been quite a long time since we’ve changed things up, so we want to explain what’s happening with these changes we hope you’ll love.

First, you’ll notice that our logo has a brand new look. It’s not that far of a stretch from what we had before. We also didn’t want to have all your post options cluttering up things at the top of your page. If you click on the create post button, you will be taken to an area where you can choose what you want to create:

Just choose what you want to post and voila! you’re on your way to creating blogs, galleries, and so on. You’ll still be able to see comments on your posts, comment subscriptions and other notifications by clicking on the notifications area just like before.

Next up, we have a new mini nav bar at the top of certain pages you come across:

This will be full of all types of awesome stories for you to check out. Here are a few other things we’ve decided to tinker with:

• We’ve added endless scrolling to our homepage. That means you don’t have to keep clicking a button to find older posts. Also, when you click to go back to the homepage, you’ll be in the same place instead of having to start over.

• Galleries in your feed will be denoted by a “stack” of images icon.
• If you need to reach out to anyone on the Buzznet staff, you can do that by going HERE.
