Just a few weeks ago, Ashlee Simpson stunned in the same embellished, off-white dress at HBO’s Annual Emmy Awards Post Awards Reception in Hollywood. While Katy wore the dress with an off-the-shoulder-strap, purple locks and girly hair barrettes. Ashlee added sophistication with a gold purse and diamond earrings. Personall we think Ashlee wore it better. Ashlee looks flawless with perfect makeup and perfect accessories. Katy, who usually looks flawless, didn’t quite hit the mark this time.
