The 19-year-old former Disney starlet shared a spooky Halloween photo on her Pheed account. Along with sister Noah Cyrus, Miley seemed to come into contact with the supernatural, with a ghost hanging above her head. The first thing that came to attention, other than the spooky ghost? The fact that Miley appeared to not be wearing any pants!
