fun. And Rachel Antonoff Create LGBTQ Ally Non-Profit

Jack Antonoff, of the band Fun., announced today that designer Rachel Antonoff and his bandmates have launched The Ally Coalition (TAC), a non-profit aiming to raise awareness and funds to support LGBTQ equality.

In a letter on TAC’s website, Rachel, who is also Jack’s sister, said, “The notion that, in the face of true injustice, one must be a member of an oppressed group to be bothered is all too common.”

TAC plans to work with people in the music, fashion and entertainment industry, but you can get involved too!

Anyone can become a member of TAC. Depending on the membership level, a member can get a special TAC button, shirt and/or bag. That yellow, red and navy blue looks like something I might want to add to my fall wardrobe! People can also have their voices heard by sending in their own PSA videos and statements.

You can find more info and videos like this one on the TAC website.
