Wow. where can I begin?
Well, I cannot. So many emotions about this, so many more stories to tell, but for the first time, here I am being really honest about my own struggles with self-harm, depression and being human. I hope this leaves you feeling something, inspired or like we can continue to connect in some way. I am pretty sure I’ve never been more brave.
