Katy Perry and John Mayer‘s recent romance hasn’t been well-received by fans, with many disapproving of the notorious womanizer’s involvement in the perky pop star’s life. The two were first spotted out together and acting affectionate at West Hollywood’s Soho House on June 19th and since then have made numerous appearances out-and-about together. From noshing on pizza together to attending various parties to lounging by the pool soaking up the summer sun!
Now Katy fans can rejoice! After a couple of months of dating, Katy and John have split, reports Us Weekly. Well, that was quick – considering that on August 4th, it was reported that the musical couple “were all over each other, making out” at a Beverly Hills pool party.
“She’s really upset about it,” an insider tells the mag.
Another source says: “She is making it seem like it wasn’t serious with John, but she is hurt.”
