It’s not too late for that bikini body!! 8 moves AT HOME you can do!

After July 4th I know I personally ate and drank enough for a family of 12. All while running around in my bikini. Now I have to get my ass in shape for a burlesque show I am doing at the end of the month with some dance girls! I have a gym membership, but to be honest, I either HATE going, or don’t have the time. So here are some moves that I do when I wake up or when I get home at night to tone up!

Remember its NEVER too late to look sexy! Especially in a two-piece! Be the best YOU! 🙂

ENGAGE IN EACH EXERCISE WITHOUT RESTING IN BETWEEN TO REACH MAXIMUM FAT BURNING WILL GET YOU INTO KILLER CONDITION FAST! 3 NONCONSECUTIVE DAYS A WEEK!

TO DO: COMPLETE EACH SET OF MOVES AS MANY AS YOU CAN DO IN 60 SECONDS, THEN IMMEDIATELY MOVE ONTO THE NEXT. DO ALL 8 MOVES 3 TIMES IN A ROW RESTING A MINUTE OR TWO IN BETWEEN.

1. FORWARD LUNGE

2. SQUAT JUMP

3. T STABILIZATION

4. PUSHUP (my least favorite, I put my knees down)

5. JUMPING JACKS (or if you have a jump rope, and a high ceiling of course)

6. BEND AND THRUST

7. PLIE SQUAT (for those hard to reach inner thighs we all HATE)

8.SEATED ROTATION

AFTER DOING ALL 8 OF THESE MOVES FOR 60 SECONDS EACH, REST, GET SOME WATER AND DO IT AGAIN! 🙂
