Get To Know: Madeon
There’s been a lot of buzz about 18 year old French electro-pop superstar, Madeon. Born Hugo Pierre Leclercq in Nantes, France, Madeon started composing music at the age of 11. He won a competition in 2010 for remixing “The Island” by Pendulum and then went on to remix other electronic artists’ tracks. Some of you might know him from his remixes of Deadmau5’s “Raise Your Weapon” and Martin Solveig’s “The Night Out,” which is my personal favorite. His single “Icarus” is available on iTunes.
