Who Turned Down A Date With One Direction’s Harry Styles?

Most girls would be shocked if they even got a hug or kiss from One Direction‘s Harry Styles, but to be asked out on a date? Directioners would probably faint and then wake up and say “hell yeah.“

However, that’s not the case for reporter Elle Halliwell from Sunday Telegraph. In an interview with the band, Harry Styles had his eyes on her the whole time, and after the interview asked for her number!

She confesses in an article: “I did notice during my Wednesday interview with the band that Styles was staring at me — but I was surprised and flattered when a member of the publicity team rang me to ask if Harry could have my number.”

That’s crazy! Now you probably think the reporter said “yes” without a second thought. But quite the opposite, actually.

The 25-year-old said “I turned down Harry Styles, not because I didn’t like the 18-year-old singer, but because I’m 25 and engaged to be married. I don’t know whether Harry had noticed the diamond ring on my finger and chosen to ignore it or whether — and this is more likely — he’s an 18-year-old boy who’s not highly attuned to things like that. Anyway, even if I were interested in a date with the latest pop sensation, my evening was already fixed with a strictly unchangeable appointment — to try on wedding gowns.”

Awe, poor Harry! Seems like he is really into older woman. I mean, just look at his history. He has been previously linked to 31-year-old British TV host Caroline Flack and 24-year-old Irish photographer Sarah-Louise Colivet!

This is a good thing Directioners, because a) he is still single and b) who knows? maybe one day he will see you in a crowd and ask for YOUR number!
