My picks for best dressedwould definitely go to a lavender-gray-haired Kelly Osbourne, rocking a rainbow holographic dress, and popstar Kerli, wearing colorful 90’s space-rave attire and major metallic platform shoes. Both ladies looked like magical fashion unicorns! My worst dressed pick would have to go to TV personality Honey.
