Jessie J Covers War: You Me At Six V Twin Atlantic

Jessie J is currently hot property of the pop world but that doesn’t mean that her music doesn’t travel to other genres. This year two British rock bands have tackled The Voice UK judge’s material on BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge. First, Twin Atlantic and today, You Me At Six but which act does it better?

You Me At Six

Earlier today, You Me At Six popped into Radio 1 to chat about their new single “No One Does It Better” and to cover “Domino”. They also paid homage to Katy Perry by mixing in a “T.G.I.F” chant into their cover.

Twin Atlantic

Back in February, Twin Atlantic took part in the BBC station’s tradition to cover a UK Top 40 hit by giving a Scottish accent-heavy rendition of “Who You Are”. They were the first to cover Jessie, but does that make them the best?
