Beyonce Addresses The Rumors: Did She Really Give Birth Via Surrogate?
Her baby has been the talk of the town since Beyonce was pregnant and you can’t deny that baby Blue Ivy is one incredibly adorable celeb baby! Since giving birth to her daughter, like many celebs the 30-year-old diva has seemed to shed her pregnancy weight quickly. But there’s been talk that the reason why new mom Bey was able to shed the pounds off so fast was because she wasn’t actually pregnant, that Beyonce gave birth via a surrogate. For the first time ever she finally addressed the rumors.
Beyonce tells PEOPLE: “That was crazy. It wasn’t hurtful, it was just crazy. [I thought] ‘Where did they come up with this?’
This wasn’t the first time that Bey was accused of faking it though: During her pregnancy while giving an interview with Australian outlet, her dress folded in an unnatural way, causing chatter that she was sporting a prosthetic baby bump. In her defense, Beyonce retorted: “It was a fabric that folded — does fabric not fold? Oh my gosh, so stupid.”
