Pete Wentz’s Guacamole Recipe

2 or 3 ripe avocados (Hass preferably – boys, dont be tricked you can tell by how soft they feel at the market)

1 diced tomato

1/2 diced onion

1/2-1 crush garlic

2 to 3 scoops of sour cream to cut the texture (vegan sour cream works)

a few fingers pinch of cilantro

1/2 lime squeezed

mash with fork or whatever you have

5 to 6 finely diced jarred or fresh jalapeno peppers

jalapeno juice and sea salt to taste

EDIT: the garlic cloves taste has to be opened by crushing the clove. the sour cream cream cuts the consistency- some people dont like this. the avocado must be ripe or it will taste like dirt- the guac must go off or the party is dead.

Enjoy!
