50 Best Runway Looks of 2011!
Hello friends! What a crazy week. From basically the moment I got home from Mexico I’ve been back in the studio nx – which I’m ecstatic about because I feel like an incomplete human when I’m not making music – but, because it’s the end of the year, every spare second has to be devoted to getting things done before the holidays, so it’ll be a hectic few weeks (and the LA wind storm knocking out the electricity in my neighborhood for two days certainly didn’t help)!
ANYWAY. To commemorate the end of this eventful year, I decided to do something really fun and time-consuming: Look through every runway show for Fall 2011 and Spring 2012 and pick out my top 50 absolute favorite looks. (This was not easy.) Naturally my taste tends toward the dramatic and the colorful, but I think you’ll agree these looks are nothing if not fabulous.
Gareth Pugh, Meadham Kirchhoff, Thierry Mugler, and Dolce&Gabbana were the big winners for the 2011 runways. What are your favorite looks??
