Supermodels Rock Harper’s Bazaar U.K. as Duran Duran

Supermodels Naomi Campbell, Helena Christensen, Cindy Crawford, Yasmin Lebon, and Eva Herzigova – known collectively as “The Supers” – came together for one fierce photoshoot for Harper’s Bazaar U.K..

They’re taking on Duran Duran!

Harper’s Bazaar came up with one fantastic fashion and music collaboration: an “exclusive film and magazine project” in association with Swarovski Elements where The Supers play the Duran Duran boys for the music video Girl Panic!.

And what does Simon Le Bon think?“We have made some pretty ambitious videos over the years, but this one was certainly the most challenging to date. Coordinating the schedules of five of the world’s biggest super models, Jonas, and the band was no easy task — but we couldn’t be happier with the finished film. It has all of the ingredients that we feel are important — it’s humorous, glamorous, sexy and very Duran Duran.”

The 22-page feature, shot by Jonas Akerlund, will appear in the December issue of Harper’s Bazaar U.K. and hit stands today.
