Jessie J Covers New Cosmopolitan UK Issue
She may be a world-wide star these days, but Jessie J didn’t always have it easy.
The “Price Tag” songstress revealed in the December 2011 issue of Cosmopolitan UK that she used to be bullied on the playground during her school days at Mayfield School in Redbridge, east London.
She admitted the other children were “horrible” to her and that they would “throw stones at my head.”
During her Cosmo interview, Jessie also dished about meeting Beyonce, telling, “I met Beyoncé recently and I said to her: “This is the hardest job I’ve ever had but you’ve shown me that hard work and consistency pay off. I’d love to be near where she is in 10 years. That’s what I’m working towards.”
