Anne Hathaway and Hugh Jackman Together in ‘Les Miserables’? YES PLEASE!

Rumors were swirling last week that Emma Watson is up for the role of Eponine or Cosette in the film version of the longest running musical ever, Les Miserables.

More names are being thrown around, and world on the street is that Anne Hathaway is in the running to play Fantine (AKA the character who sings Susan Boyle’s anthem I Dreamed a Dream.)

Anne can totally pull it off, she has an amazing voice as evidenced at this year’s Oscars:

It is confirmed that Hugh Jackman will play the lead of Jean Valjean, and the thought of Hugh Jackman and Anne Hathaway in a musical together makes every glittery, gay-man, show tune lovin’ cell in my body vibrate with excitement.

Hugh Jackman has more talent and charisma than anyone on this entire planet earth, and if you will ever watch any YouTube video in your life this should be the one:

Other rumored actors for this giant movie are Russell Croew, Geoffrey Rush, Helena Bonham Carter, and Amy Adams.

How do you feel about Anne Hathaway in the role of Fantine? Or are you like me, and will see it just for Hugh Jackman?
