Wanna try something new for summer? Try going bold, with colorful eyeliner/ eye shadow. It’s simple, easy and fun! (NOTE: Nearly all the colors shown in this blog are available at Hot Topic for $1.99. They are pencil liners, and come in a variety of colors. I have so many, and they work very well. I suggest using them.)
