Rihanna Slams MTV Canada About False Chris Brown Tweet and Drunk Tweets

Rihanna is making some loud noise – and this time, it’s not on the radiowaves! The singer has been quite the chatterbox on her Twitter lately.

MTV Canada crossed the line and fired up RiRi, in a not-so-good way yesterday. MTV tweeted a news piece (which was later taken down) based on a quote from a now-known-to-be-false tweet that read, “Rihanna says she ‘provoked’ Chris Brown to hit her.” Needless to say, RiRi was NOT happy about that one, firing back at the cable network.

“@mtvnewscanada are u f**king kiddin me?????? You’re supposed to be a RELIABLE source for news on music and this is the bulls**t u post??”

MTV Canada realized their bad, later tweeting “#Rihanna fans. We were reporting on a story that was posted on several sites today. We had no intention to be salacious.”

And in more recent tweets, it looks like Rihanna had a fun night last night, admittedly drunk tweeting and laughing off a domestic violence joke whilst doing so.

A fan wrote “#ICANT !!!RT @Beyonce__Knowle: BREAKING NEWS: since getting back with @chrisbrown , @rihanna is the newest member of the Black Eyed Peas.”

RiRi tweeted back at the fan, saying, “@OhMyHoneyB@Beyonce__Knowle I’m drunk, so I’m crying at this!!!!! LOL, yall mofo’s are funny #dirtybit.”

Oh RiRi, drinking and tweeting is not the way to go. However, it makes for a great laugh if you don’t end up regretting what you say in the end!
