Major Lazer Releases New ‘German Elefant Killer’ Single

It seems like Major Lazer, the reigning kings of Jamaican inspired party songs, never sleep. Whether they are hard at work in their studio buried deep in Jamaica, or working behind the scenes producing for what seems like everyone (including Beyonce to Santigold) I get the impression that Major Lazer will continue to shine as designated party-hardy producers.
But don’t worry, all the production and live performances that swamp Major Lazer’s summer schedule have not prevented them from creating exciting new material.
Today, the DJ duo released a new song called “German Elefant Killer”. The song is short (under three-minutes) and has everything that you would expect out of a Major Lazer track: deep bass, fast-paced Jamaican vocals, and an assortment of random ‘out there’ noises.
