VIDEO: The Vaccines Make American Debut on The Late Show, Perform ‘If You Wanna’

British Indie rockers The Vaccines performed their fast paced tune, “If You Wanna” last night on the Late Show with David Latterman, marking the band’s network television debut. Congrats boys!

They played a vibrant, diligent version of their latest hit “If You Wanna” in their first attempt to wow the American television viewing audience. The band has been compared to The Libertines and The Ramones (not too shabby), and last night’s performance definitely evoked a bit of both.

Their forthcoming album combines Rock n Roll elements from 60’s garage rock to 80’s Brit pop that culminate into a catchy, digestible dance rock album. It’s fun and simple dance music that comes just in time for those in need of some summer night jams.

Check out the performance here and make sure to grab their new album, What Did You Expect From The Vaccines?, available now for pre-order on Amazon MP3 and will be released May 31st.
