Outside the borders of Germany also became increasingly popular throughout the world.

[QUEEN SPEAKS JAPANESE]

Voiceover: Tokio Hotel was, for Queen, the reason for entering into the world of entertainment. Finally the band’s dream came true too.

The band will also be a storm in Japan ?

[THE BOYS TAKING LUNCH]

BILL: For Tokio Hotel in a Tokyo hotel. All: Hmmm … BILL: Delicious. TOM: Splendid wine.

Voiceover: Here’s someone already waiting to meet them.

QUEEN: I’m standing outside a hotel in Tokyo to meet Tokio Hotel. So come on !

Voiceover: The long-awaited meeting with Tokio Hotel it’s to happen. BILL: Hi. Hello. QUEEN: Hi. TOM: Hi. BILL: Hi. QUEEN: Hi. BILL: Hello. QUEEN: Hello. BILL: Nice to meet you ! Bill. QUEEN: I know German. I know German. BILL: Oh hello. TOM: I’m Tom. QUEEN: Hi. Good morning. ALL: Good morning. QUEEN: Erm, I have lived in Vienna [Austria] for four years until three years ago. BILL: Ah. QUEEN: Certainly that is why I know you and have really been a big fan of yours. BILL: Oh, thank you very much. TOM: Okay. Thanks.

Voiceover: Queen is ready to talk ! QUEEN: So you are called Tokio Hotel, I heard that you have always wanted to play in Tokyo. BILL: Oh is quite unusual to be speaking German again. GEORG: Yes BILL: Erm, it was actually a bit as we set ourselves a target with this too. That’s why we chose Tokyo because we think “Well, it’s really far. Is out of reach. Although it also sounds good in some way. Also, the sound of it was also important to us. QUEEN: And after all, are one of the most successful bands. Well, one of the German bands of the last 20 years. BILL: It was really a total stroke of luck that we became so successful. We definitely had the advantage that we really are a band that was formed entirely natural. This means that we met each other on our own and just being good friends. I think that’s just one of the things that identify us, erm … definitely unite us to each other and is also what makes it a bit special.

[Durch den Monsun SHOWCASE IN TOKYO]

Voiceover: The average age is 22 years. Queen prepared something to know better young stars.

[QUEEN SHOWS THEM COVERED IN PINK PAPER A BOX AND SAYS IT CONTAINS]

QUEEN: You have to get a pieces of paper inside and there will be a key word written on each. BILL: Okay.

[BILL LOOKING FOR A PIECE OF PAPER IN THE BOX AND THEN READ THE KEY WORD ENTERED IN IT]

BILL: Holiday. QUEEN: What are you doing ? What would you do if you had a vacation week from tomorrow ? BILL: Immediately reserve a plane ticket to the Maldives. TOM: Yes, when we are on vacation it is always about relaxing and doing nothing. Make no effort just to speak. And that’s why we’ve been on vacation there in the Maldives and in fact do nothing, except perhaps water-skiing occasionally.

[GEORG REMOVED A PIECE OF PAPER BOX]

GEORG: The next ? … Pets. QUEEN: I heard you all have pets. ALL: Yes. QUEEN: So … dogs ? BILL: Dogs, and many others. Tom and I have four. QUEEN: Four! BILL: Tom and I have four dogs, yes. That was always a match. We basically wanted to save the animal shelter and wanted to protect them a bit in some way and even find a new place for them. And the thing that always happens is that you can not return once they have been with you for making four dogs for now. However, I could also imagine having more dogs. QUEEN: I see.

[THE FOLLOWING KEY WORD IS “The German people-]

BILL: For example, Tom and me are always very punctual. I don’t like to wait and I am very impatient. Well, maybe … I think it is … That’s also a little something that the Germans claim to be. They are always very, very specific. QUEEN: What is good in the German language ? BILL: Of course it is our mother language. So we have a special bond with it. We don’t have to say, right ? And erm, that’s why being able to speak German the way you are now naturally makes us happy from time to time, as we are very far from home. Is really something special then. TOM: Good, yes.

Voiceover: Super Queen !

Members of the band attracted a great deal of attention in the music industry and the world of fashion.

QUEEN: And today I have for you….

Voiceover: What trends in Tokyo will recommend the popular Queen model ?

BILL: Are they real fur ? QUEEN: No, not real. BILL: Oh good ! QUEEN: They are not real.

[Bill gets Georg’s tail]

BILL: I want the black one. GEORG: This is for the car, right ? For, erm … hold the mirror. QUEEN: No, it’s not for the car. It is not for cars. Erm, this is… you put it here … for example.

Voiceover: She gives the band the tails of foxes which are popular among high school girls.

TOM: But are you sure it is not real ?

[BILL MAKE LAUGHT GEORG WITH HIS TAIL AND GEORG PUSH IT TO GUSTAV EARS]

BILL: These things are completely … GUSTAV: Georg. BILL: Thank you. QUEEN: You’re welcome.

Voiceover: At the end the band members revealed their motto in life.

[Bill writes – Leb die Sekunde]

TOM: Yes. GEORG: Whoo.

[BILL HOLDS WHAT HE HAS WRITTEN]

BILL: Do you understand my handwritting ? QUEEN: Live every second. Yes

Live Every Second !

TOM: Often I have to remind myself that I really … you really have to do it … That is, very often if you work too much to one, erm … yeah, that one no longer thinks of enjoying and living each second. BILL: So sometimes you have to remember: We’re in Tokyo now, right ? QUEEN: Yes, exactly. BILL: You have to look out the window once in a while and then do it again: Wow …

Voiceover: Today the dream came true in Tokyo.

It was memorable from the first second !
