The 2008 Brit Awards were handed out yesterday in London! I know awards shows hardly affect your tastes, darling Buzzneters, but a few artists you’re into snagged some trophies.

Marvel Comics have used Foo Fighter’s songs for a new animated series trailer– without getting it cleared. Tsk tsk. Rolling Stone says “Best of You” and “Free Me” were used for the Wolverine and the X-Men.

Why they gotta be all cheap? I would think the Foo would lend their tunage for the right price and the right project, no?
